The Terms and Conditions, and the relationship between you and us, shall begoverned by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, withoutregard to conflict of law provisions. You agree that any cause of action thatmay arise under the Terms and Conditions shall be commenced and be heard in theappropriate court in the State of Florida, County of Madison, United States ofAmerica. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of thecourts located within Madison County in the State of Florida. Our failure toexercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions shallnot constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of theTerms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to beinvalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to giveeffect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the otherprovisions of the Terms and Conditions remain in full force and effect.
